Urological and reproductive problems may have considerable influence on your day-to-day activity and your overall well-being. We provide high-end, personalized and very confidential services for a broad range of urological and male reproductive disorders. Under the direction of our top-tier urologist and andrologist, Dr. Naveen Agarwal (MBBS, MS, MCh Urology), our clinic is furnished with advanced tools which guarantee proper diagnosis and rapid recovery. We are well aware of the fact that discussing complaints related to your urinary system and male reproductive system is always a very private topic. Patient privacy is at the top of our priorities. Core Conditions We Treat

    1. Hydrocele: Hydrocele is a condition wherein there is accumulation of fluid in the thin covering of the testicles leading to swelling of the scrotum. While generally painless, hydrocele may lead to pulling sensation, physical discomfort, and scrotal asymmetry.

    Our Treatment Protocol

We use high resolution ultrasound of the scrotum to exclude any infection or hernia. For chronic, large, or painful hydroceles, we conduct hydrocelectomy or removal of the sac via a minimally invasive surgery on a day care basis.

    2. Varicocele: Varicocele refers to an enlargement of the scrotal veins; it can be compared to varicose veins in the legs. It may feel like a “bag of worms” located above the testicle, and it is one of the causes of low sperm production and poor semen quality that leads to male infertility.

    Our Treatment Protocol

We use sophisticated techniques such as scrotal Doppler ultrasound for assessing blood circulation and grading your varicocele. Should you have a dull chronic ache or fertility problems, we have microscopic varicocelectomy, which involves tying of your veins without harming the neighboring arteries and lymphatic tissues.

    3. Phimosis: Phimosis is a medical condition whereby the foreskin of the penis becomes extremely tight that cannot be pulled back over the glans penis. This condition causes pain during erection, difficulty in maintaining hygiene, repeated infections of the penile area (balanitis) and painful urination.

    Our Treatment Protocol

In accordance with the severity and age of the patient, there are medical treatments and surgical treatments. In case of advanced or persistent cases, we conduct non-invasive laser assisted circumcision surgery or stapler circumcision surgery.

    4. Urethral Stricture: This condition results from scarring and constriction of the urethra, which is the pathway for passing out urine. It results in obstruction of the urinary system and causes difficulty during micturition, reduced urinary stream and incomplete emptying of the urinary bladder.

    Our Treatment Approach

Our team is very efficient in using the latest diagnostic tools such as Retrograde Urethrogram (RUG) and Cystoscopy to determine the position and length of the stricture. In case of short stricture, we undertake a minimally invasive procedure called OIU. We are competent in performing urethroplasty procedures for complicated cases.

    5. Unexplained Testicular Pain and Swelling: Unexplained pain and swelling in the testicles is not something that should ever be ignored. Such a condition can arise from epididymitis, orchitis, hydrocele, trauma, or life-threatening conditions such as testicular torsion.

    Emergency Care

We offer emergency diagnostics round-the-clock, including immediate ultrasound scanning, enabling rapid diagnosis and prompt medical or surgical treatment.

    6. Urinary Retention or Incontinence (Leakage): Bladder malfunction can appear as retention or leakage of urine due to enlarged prostate, neurological disorders, or weak pelvic muscles.

    Our Treatment Protocol

We perform urodynamic studies and provide treatment ranging from medications to minimally invasive procedures such as TURP.
